Zero loss condensate drain proves its worth

Under the SEPURA brand, Condensate Systems Ltd has been promoting the ECD range of zero loss condensate drains for over a year. In that time there has been only a single field failure reported - an impressive result among the hundreds of units installed.
The main reason for reliability is, of course, good design practice implemented by quality manufacturing. In addition, the SEPURA ECD range has some very specific benefits that are not shared by any single competitor offering.
The ECD drain incorporates its own strainer, protecting the valve mechanism but allowing the alarm system to function if debris causes blocking.
The alarm system is progressive. If the drain senses that condensate discharge is slowing - a sure sign of debris building up - the alarm activates while the unit still functions, allowing a planned action to correct the problem.
Use of many common parts, including the complex main body casting and some functional components minimises spares holding and reduces manufacturing costs. This makes the ECD perhaps the most reliable and cost-effective zero-loss drain among the market leaders.
